Because these products are unique and often limited-edition, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our collectibles.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The item was damaged during delivery;
  • The item received is incorrect; or
  • The item is proven to be inauthentic after expert review.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse;
  • Minor cosmetic differences, such as variations in signature placement or pen color;
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at the email provided on our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization if the item qualifies for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Returned items must:

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item);
  • If an item is confirmed to be inauthentic by a mutually agreed independent expert, a full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued.

6. Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately with photographs of the packaging and the item.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a refund or replacement where possible.

If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with the courier and issue a refund or replacement once the loss is confirmed.

Every signed collectible sold by BC Brothers SIA is guaranteed authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
If you have reasonable doubts about the authenticity of a purchased item, you may request a professional review by a recognized third-party authentication service.
If the item is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.


8. Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our products, direct exchanges are not offered.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement if a suitable alternative is available.
